For his project, material is 300gsm CCNB duplex board pasted with single wall E flute board, which is strong enough for wine shipping. Printing is Pantone +CMYK options, much beautiful with glossy lamination as surface treatment. Interior box is plain natrual brown. Such style collapsible shipping box is much popular, while it's space saving because of folding structure, and easy to be folded for package, price also quite competitive in our company. Bulk production of wine gift shipping boxes was arranged by customer's appointed forwarder in Ningbo, by sea shipment. That's freight is reasonable, and fast shipping. From Ningbo, China to Busan, South Korea, shipping time is about 3-5 days after vessel departure. Customer's trial order quantity of 1*20GP dry container, 21,000 pieces for this. Of course, before bulk production, printed sample box with customer design was made for customer to check the quality of material and printing colors. And sample charges was refunded in bulk amount, because order amount over US$10,000 already.
In our company, for surface treatment, we have many other options, except for glossy lamination. On the contrary, you can choose matte lamination, which is quite luxurious being used on gift boxes. Concerning others, there are shiny glittering, glossy spot UV varnish (usuaully on logo part), gold/ silver hot stamping (also called hot foil, many colors optional), embossing/ debossing logo, etc. Image below for reference.
